This page is for scheduling:
π Delivery of slabs, pallets, stone bases, LED panels, accessories, or other approved Bamby Stone items
ποΈ Pickup by customer, courier, freight company, builder, installer, or authorised representative
Bookings made before receiving an invitation from Bamby Stone may be cancelled.
If your preferred time is not shown, that time has already been booked or is not available.
To reschedule, please cancel your existing booking first using the link in your confirmation email, then email us so we can provide the correct re-booking link if required.
β οΈ Please allow at least 7 daysβ notice to avoid rescheduling fees.
Delivery/Pickup Rescheduling Fee: $220 + GST
If our team, driver, courier, or freight provider attends and the goods cannot be safely collected or delivered due to site access, missing equipment, unavailable receiver, or incorrect booking details, additional fees may apply.
π Delivery Requirements
For large, heavy, or pallet-based items, the site must be ready before delivery.
π Need to Reschedule?
No problem β just make sure to cancel your existing booking first, then email us so we can send you re-booking link.
β οΈ Please allow at least 7 Days notice to avoid rescheduling fees (Re-Scheduling Fee: $499 + GST)
If we attend and the site is not ready, a fee will apply per visit, depending on the service type.
π Delivery of Slabs & Pallet-Based Items
For large, heavy, or pallet-based items, the site must be ready before delivery.
The customer must ensure:
β’ A responsible person is available on-site to receive the delivery
β’ Site access is clear, safe, and suitable for delivery
β’ A forklift or suitable unloading equipment is available where required
β’ Delivery details, site address, contact person, and access instructions are correct
β’ Any access restrictions, steep driveways, narrow roads, height limits, or loading issues are advised before booking
If no forklift, safe access, or suitable unloading arrangement is available, delivery may be cancelled and a re-delivery fee may apply.
ποΈ Pickup Requirements
For pickups, please make sure the person collecting has the correct order details and suitable transport.
The customer or authorised pickup person must ensure:
β’ The order is ready and approved for pickup
β’ The correct booking time has been selected
β’ The vehicle is suitable for the size, weight, and type of goods being collected
β’ Proper restraints, protection, frames, or loading equipment are supplied where required
β’ The collecting person checks the goods before leaving Bamby Stone
β’ Any courier or freight company has been given the correct pickup details
Bamby Stone may refuse loading if the vehicle, equipment, or collection method is unsafe or unsuitable.
β Third-Party Couriers, Freight & Transit Insurance
Where a third-party courier, freight company, or customer-arranged transport is used, Bamby Stone assists with dispatch only.
Once goods leave our warehouse, Bamby Stone does not guarantee or insure against cracks, scratches, breakages, handling damage, or other transport-related damage.
We strongly recommend customers arrange their own goods-in-transit insurance for interstate, long-distance, fragile, or high-value items.

For example, insuring a $27,500 stone delivery may cost approximately $192.50 including GST.
β Before Booking, Please Confirm
β’ Your order is ready for pickup or delivery
β’ You have received an invitation or approval from Bamby Stone
β’ Your site or pickup vehicle is ready
β’ Forklift or unloading equipment is available if required
β’ The correct person will be available at the booking time
β’ You understand that unsafe, unready, or incorrect bookings may incur additional fees
