Send your stone choice, plans or photos, measurements, project address and key features such as waterfalls, splashbacks, edges and cut-outs.
Off-Cut Projects
How do I self-calculate an Off-Cut project?
Choose the exact Off-Cut, then open the estimator. Its current size and price load automatically. Add cutting clearance and ensure every piece fits within that one Off-Cut.
What if I am not sure which Off-Cut will suit?
Check current pieces with the estimator first. If unsure, request an estimate with your maximum finished sizes, plans and photos. Availability can change until payment.
Can Bamby Stone prepare the Off-Cut estimate?
Yes. Select the exact Off-Cut, then choose Send Plans for an Estimate. The piece is added automatically for our team to review.
Backlit Projects
How do I self-calculate a Backlit project?
Open the Backlit panel, then enter each illuminated area. The estimator calculates panels, power supplies, controllers and optional installation.
Does the Backlit calculator include stone?
No. It calculates the lighting system and optional backlighting installation. Stone, fabrication and stone installation are separate.
Can I request a Backlit estimate before choosing stone?
Yes. Choose Backlit feature only and enter each illuminated area. For both, choose Stone plus backlighting.

Do I need final measurements before requesting an estimate?
No. Plans, sketches or preliminary measurements are enough. After payment, we will confirm final measurements or send the templating step.
Can Bamby Stone install my project?
Yes. Bamby Stone can provide professional stone installation where suitable for the project. Use the contact form and send your project details. If installation is included, our team will provide the private installation booking link after the relevant payment and project stage are confirmed.
How do I place an order after receiving an estimate?
Reply to your estimate email with the PDF and any changes. We will provide the order or invoice step. Stock is held only after payment.
How do I check availability or timing?
