Client-Supplied or Third-Party Stone
Bamby Stone can work with slabs you purchase directly, or help source stone outside our current collection. Different conditions apply:
Client-Supplied Stone
- The client is responsible for the slab’s condition, suitability and risks during production or installation.
- Bamby Stone does not provide a stone warranty for defects, cracks, chips, discolouration or breakage in client-supplied material.
- A handling fee applies per slab, in addition to production and installation costs. Independent inspection is recommended before work begins.
Stone Sourced by Bamby Stone
- For man-made stone, including sintered, engineered, porcelain and recycled products, material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
- For natural stone, the client must inspect or approve the slab because colour, pattern, porosity and inherent features such as veins, pits and fissures vary.
- We can advise on suitability for benchtops, wet areas, backlighting and other applications before production.
Important: Stone outside our curated range has not completed Bamby Stone’s internal selection process. Final material approval and associated risks remain with the client.
