This gives you project-specific expertise with the reassurance of Bamby Stone helping you through the process.

Projects outside Queensland may also be considered, subject to the project scope and the selected designer’s availability.

How the Service Works

1. Share your project: Tell Bamby Stone about the space, design goals, location, timing and level of support you require.
2. Project-specific matching: We consider the brief and identify a suitable designer from our trusted Queensland network based on relevant strengths, project fit and availability.
3. Initial consultation: The project begins with a focused consultation to understand your style, practical requirements and design priorities.
4. Choose the right package: Following the consultation and design brief, the package that best matches the project scope and required level of involvement can be selected.
5. Design support begins: The selected designer provides the agreed service hours and design work under the chosen package.

Stage 1: Initial Interior Design Consultation

Consultation fee: $750

The initial consultation allows the selected designer to understand your project, preferred style, practical requirements and overall interior goals.

Meeting Location

Where practical, the consultation is held at the project site so the designer can understand the space and take relevant measurements and photographs. If an on-site meeting is not suitable, another agreed meeting location or the Bamby Stone showroom may be used.

What to Bring

• Ideas: Clippings, sketches, flooring samples, website links or other references that help communicate your vision.
• Budget: An indication of your overall project budget so suitable options can be discussed.

Meeting Duration

Up to one hour of on-site consultation time is included.

Stage 2: Design Package Options

During the Design Brief Presentation, we help you select the package that best matches the project scope and required level of support. Full payment of the selected Stage 2 package is required before the Design and Implementation phase begins.

Design Package One: $1,750

• Suitable for smaller projects requiring general design direction and assistance, with much of the coordination and implementation handled by you.
• Includes 10 hours of service at $175 per hour, representing a $450 saving.
• Additional hours: $175 per hour.

Design Package Two: $3,300

• Suitable for medium-sized projects requiring more involved design direction and assistance.
• Includes 20 hours of service at $165 per hour, representing a $1,100 saving.
• Additional hours: $165 per hour.

Design Package Three: $4,800

• Suitable for medium to large projects with custom requirements.
• Includes 30 hours of service at $160 per hour, representing a $1,800 saving.
• Additional hours: $160 per hour.

Design Package Four: $6,200

• Suitable for larger projects with custom concepts and extensive sourcing needs.
• Includes 40 hours of service at $155 per hour, representing a $2,600 saving.
• Additional hours: $155 per hour.

Design Package Five: $7,500

• Builds on Package Four with additional design hours.
• Includes 50 hours of service at $150 per hour, representing a $3,500 saving.
• Additional hours: $150 per hour.

Design Package Six: $8,700

• Builds on Package Five with additional design hours.
• Includes 60 hours of service at $145 per hour, representing a $4,500 saving.
• Additional hours: $145 per hour.

Design Package Seven: $11,600

• Suitable for substantial projects requiring an extended level of design support.
• Includes 80 hours of service at $145 per hour, representing a $6,000 saving.
• Additional hours: $145 per hour.
