Important Delivery and Measurement Information

Deliveries & Pickups

For stone slab and pallet deliveries, please ensure you have a forklift ready for unloading. While we strive to deliver your product on time, please note that deliveries outside the Gold Coast area are managed by third-party logistics companies, and their schedules may affect your selected delivery date and time. We apologize in advance for any schedule changes that may occur.

For small parcel orders from our website, no additional action is required on your part. We will ship these items via AU Post as soon as possible. This applies to decor products, small benchtop basins, up to 4 sqm of mosaic, floor and wall tiles, and cleaning products.

Site Measurements

After completing your final measurements, our production team will finish your order within 14 working days. You will receive an email to schedule your installation.

If you need to change your measurement date, please use the link provided in your initial communication to reschedule.
