- You can book your installation up to 4 months in advance.
- If you need to change your installation date, please use the link you received to reschedule.
- Bookings scheduled before receiving the invitation from us will be canceled.
- Confirmation of Responsibility: By scheduling your installation date using the link provided, you confirm that the final measurements we took are accurate, and you are responsible for any changes thereafter.
- Proceeding with Confidence: If all details are correct and no further changes are needed, please schedule your installation date. We will start production immediately and align it with your selected date.
- No Changes After Scheduling: Once your installation date is scheduled, production will begin. No changes can be made after this point without incurring additional fees.

Re-scheduling Fee: If we attempt installation and the site is not ready (e.g., cabinetry not prepared, workers present), a re-scheduling fee of $1000 + GST will apply for each subsequent attempt.
