  • ✅ Cabinetry is fully installed, level, and fixed

  • ✅ All sinks, cooktops, and appliances are on-site or specs are provided

  • ✅ No other trades (tilers, electricians, painters) are scheduled during our visit

  • ✅ Access is clear, safe, and suitable for heavy lifting and large slabs

  • ✅ Backlight cabinetry base (if applicable) is supplied and ready

❌ Your site is NOT ready if:

  • 🔧 Cabinetry is incomplete or misaligned

  • ❗ Benchtop appliances or sinks are missing

  • 👷‍♂️ Other trades are actively working in stone installation areas

  • 🚧 Access is unsafe, obstructed, or too narrow for materials and equipment

  • 📏 Structural base for backlight is missing or uneven

📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

✅ Final Confirmation

• By booking your installation, you confirm all final measurements and project details are correct.
Production begins immediately after scheduling. Any changes requested afterward may not be possible and will incur additional charges.

📅 Scheduling Rules

• You can book your installation up to 6 months in advance.
• If a date is unavailable, it has already been booked by another client.
• You may reschedule using the same link (subject to availability).
Bookings made before receiving our official invite will be canceled.

⚠️ No Changes After Booking

• Once booked, your job is locked into production. No edits or adjustments can be made without delay and extra fees.

🚫 Site Not Ready = Fee

• If our team attends and the job site is not ready (e.g., incomplete cabinetry, obstructing trades), a $1,000 + GST re-scheduling fee will apply per visit.

🧱 Ownership & Site Handling

• All stone materials remain the property of Bamby Stone until installation is complete.
• If any pieces are moved, altered, or tampered with by others before or during installation, Bamby Stone reserves the right to stop work immediately and leave the site.
• We do not accept responsibility for any damage, staining, or breakage caused by other trades or site activities.

🪨 Natural Stone – Hairline Cracks

• Due to natural veining, stone may develop minor cracks during handling.
• These are professionally repaired on-site. A piece will only be replaced if deemed unrepairable by our team.

⏰ Full-Day Installation Window

• Installations are booked for a full-day window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Our crew may arrive anytime during this window depending on the day’s schedule.
• Booking does not guarantee a morning appointment.

🔧 Additional Installation Conditions

🧽 Splashbacks & Wall Coverings

All splashbacks, tiling, and wall coverings must be completed after stone installation.
If installed before, Bamby Stone accepts no liability for fitting issues or damage during installation.

🔦 Backlighting Installations

For backlit stone features, the client must provide a flat, level base or cabinetry structure.
Bamby Stone does not construct or supply this base. Improper prep may delay the project and incur additional fees.

🪜 Upper-Level Installation Surcharge

For installations on upper floors, difficult access areas, or sites requiring scaffolding/crane assistance, additional labour fees may apply.
Contact us in advance to avoid delays or unexpected costs.

🧾 Off-Cuts & Surplus Material

Off-cuts and leftover stone pieces remain the property of Bamby Stone unless otherwise agreed upon.
These can be purchased separately upon request.
