- Comparable Specifications: The competing proposal must involve the same type and quality of natural or engineered stone slabs, identical edge profiles, and equivalent installation services. Projects utilizing off-cut pieces are excluded from this guarantee.
- Project Scope and Timeline: The project scope, including dimensions and design complexity, must match that of the competing proposal. The proposed completion timeline should also be similar to ensure a fair comparison.
- Verification: Clients must provide a complete copy of the competing proposal for verification. Bamby Stone reserves the right to contact the competitor to confirm the proposal’s authenticity and details.
- Exclusions: This offer does not apply to proposals that include clearance items, discontinued products, or special promotions.
- Right to Decline: Bamby Stone reserves the right to decline the Price Match Guarantee at our discretion, particularly in cases where our current workload or other factors may affect our ability to deliver the project to our high standards within the required timeframe.
