A mandatory fee of $1000 + GST applies if an installation attempt cannot be completed due to issues unrelated to Bamby Stone, such as site or cabinetry not being ready. Payment of this fee is required to reschedule the installation. Once payment completed you will receive the booking link via email.

To proceed with a new installation date, payment of this fee is required. Please ensure all necessary preparations are completed prior to the rescheduled date to avoid any additional charges.
