Currently, Bamby Stone  is offering Flat Rate SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE on our pruducts.

All our products are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse, and are shipped next business day. Shipping time estimates are listed below:

  • Melbourne: 1-2 days
  • Regional Victoria: 1-2 working days
  • Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-4 working days.
  • Canberra & Hobart: 1-5 working days.
  • Darwin, Perth and Interstate Regional areas: 3 – 10 days.

Local Pickup

Once payment cleared into our account your will receive an email saying, Your order is ready for Delivery/Pickup, You simply follow instructions thru email and you need to book for your shipment thru the following link.

We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.

We always aim to dispatch order 1 working day from the date of any order that is in stock, the above mentioned delivery timeframes are guidelines and are not a guarantee. We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

All deliveries are to be shipped with ‘authority to leave’ pursuant to clause 5.5 below. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for the delivery. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered Product in the case of future discussions with us about it. You grant us an ‘authority to leave’ when placing your Order. And by doing so you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our selected couriers permission to leave the Order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge’s desk – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us the authority to leave, our couriers and we are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges. You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re- delivery or collection from the carrier.

If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following: charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable Contract, less our reasonable administration charges It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements.

We do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so before making your decision, please consult with us to make sure you are getting the right product.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Buildmat will offer you an exchange voucher. You will be liable for the original delivery fee, as well as the new delivery fee for all exchanged products. If the item had free delivery then you will still be liable for the delivery fees paid by Buildmat.

All goods must be in their original packaging and must be in a resalable condition.
All returns are based on an assessment and will be subject to a re-packaging fee of 20%, this is applied if the packaging is heavily damaged/opened or if our team deem necessary. We can only confirm the fees applicable once the item has been properly assessed in person by one of our team members.

You must specify your intent to exchange your product within 7 days of receiving the items on your order.

Bamby Stone reserves the right to assess each case individually and may refuse to provide an exchange based on condition of item being returned. Conditions of your exchange are as follows:

  • Provide proof of purchase. Your original Bamby Stone tax receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
  • Exchange voucher must be used within 3 months of dated voucher.
  • Exchange vouchers are not redeemable for cash.


Production & Installation Payment and Refund Policy (More Info)

Invoice and Payment:

    • Once the project invoice is issued and paid, it is considered final. This includes the cost of materials, labor, and any other agreed-upon expenses.

No Refund Policy:
