Clients may choose to provide their own natural stone or request that Bamby Stone source stones directly from third-party suppliers based on customer specifications. While Bamby Stone takes great care in handling all materials, we do not assume any responsibility for damages or issues that occur during the transportation of client-supplied stones.

Due to the inherent characteristics and variability of natural stone, Bamby Stone is not liable for any damage, including but not limited to cracks, breaks, or imperfections that may occur during the production process. If a client-supplied stone is damaged during production, the customer accepts full responsibility for the outcome, and Bamby Stone shall not be held accountable for any replacement costs or associated expenses.
